Web browsing, surfing, and viewing of textual content requires registration.
You can become a registered customer by filling out the form displayed in the registration menu and confirming your registration in the activation letter that we automatically send. Be sure to enter your email address correctly, as the activation email will arrive at this address and you can sign in later using this email address.
The prices shown in the store are gross prices. Prices are always shown as net and gross prices, too. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Ordering:
Buyer can order in our web shop with full and complete registration. We will complete the registration based on the information provided by the Buyer, which will be notified by email. Once this email is activated, you will be able to place an order.
How to place an order?
1. Put the product you want to buy in the shopping cart. By clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to the items in the store, the product will be added to the cart. This is not an order yet.
2. Click the "Cart Contents" button to view the contents of the cart. If you would like to add more products to the cart, select the "back" button. If you do not wish to purchase an additional product, check the number of items you wish to purchase. Click the "delete" button ("X" pictogram) to delete the item. 3. Under "Shipping Method" you have several options to choose from;

The orders of our web shop are fulfilled by GLS Hungary, the Insight parcel delivery company and the MPL courier service of Magyar Posta Zrt. Parcels are delivered on business days between 8am and 5pm. If you are not at home during this period, you should enter your work address as your shipping address (if available). The courier service attempts to deliver twice.

Orders are processed on business days till 4:45 pm. It is also possible to place an order outside of the times specified for processing the order if it is processed after the end of the working time the following day.
Our system will send you an automatic confirmation of your order acceptance and details. We reserve the right to reject orders that have already been confirmed, in whole or in part. Partial or denied fulfillment can only take place after consultation with the customer!
Warranty
The provisions in regulation IV of 1959, as amended by Government Decree No IX/2003 of the Civil Code and Government Decree No 151/2003 of 2 June 2003 on Compulsory Warranty for Certain Consumer Goods are prevail.
We give a 12-month warranty on the products. In case of product failure, the product must be sent with the invoice to the site of Albert László e.v. The seller will only replace purchased products if they are proven to be defective. Conditions of the guaranty (Warranty), as the proper installation of the consumer item could not be otherwise ensured:

- purchase invoice
- invoice, which proofs the installation, showing the km position at installation.

Right of withdrawal
Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, the ordered goods may be returned with reference to the contract between the parties with reference to Decree 45/2014. (II.26.). The right to cancel your purchase does not give you 14 days free use of the product, but gives you the opportunity to view the product in the same way as you do for in-store purchases. Notifications can be made by telephone, in person and in writing (post, e-mail). The cost of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal if: the product has been manufactured on special request or has been ordered individually. The Purchaser must pay particular attention to the integrity of the goods and protect their condition as a careful owner. Damage resulting from improper use shall be borne by the Purchaser, the extent of which shall be determined by the Seller. Products that are damaged in their packaging cannot be returned if they are not in resale condition. Built-in products cannot be returned in any form for safety reasons. Once you have used the product after purchase, you can no longer withdraw the purchase. Parcels returned to the Seller shall not be returned or accepted by cash or delivery.
Upon request, we may notify the courier service contracted with our company of your intention to ship. If the buyer is entitled to the right of withdrawal, the purchase price of the product shall be paid back within thirty days of its return by Albert László e.v. to the bank account number provided by the buyer.

Natural person's origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership data, and sexual life, sexual orientation, and health status.

• Initiate legal proceedings
For matters not governed by these General Terms and Conditions, the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) on distance contracts, the e-commerce services, and Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects related to Information Society Services shall prevail.
The Privacy Policy enters into force on 25.05.2018 and is effective until revoked or modified. With the entry into force of the Regulation, any previous internal rules by which personal data covered by the Regulation were processed shall be superseded.
The Regulation shall be reviewed at least once a year and the person responsible for such review shall arrange for any such amendment to be made and for the persons covered by the Regulation to be informed of its duration.
Recognition and compliance with the Privacy Policy and the rules governing it shall be mandatory for all representatives, officers and agents of the Company.
